Skills Assessment enables an employee to analyze his or her professional and personal skills, aptitudes and motivations in order to define a professional project, and if necessary, a training program.

If you have enrolled as a job seeker with the APEC or the ANPE Cadres within the last six months, if you have 3 years of experience and are less than 55 years old, you are eligible for a Skills Assessment.

You are also eligible for a Skills Assessment if you have been employed for at least five years -under any type of contract - and have been employed by your current employer for 12 months at the time of your application.
